DESCRIPTION:For 11 years\, Yoga 4 a Cause\, created by Amelia Bruff\, has brought the Las Vegas yoga community together to move\, connect\, and give back. \nNow\, Yoga 4 a Cause is back — and this year\, we’re bringing it to Etho Park for the very first event ever held in the space. \nAs we get ready to open Etho Park\, we couldn’t think of a better way to welcome our community into the space than by giving back. \nEtho Park is also home to Mara\, our Chief Puppy Officer\, so it only felt right that our first-ever event here would help support some of her friends. 🐾💚 \nThis year\, we’re coming together to raise money for Nevada Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals and Connor & Millie’s Dog Rescue — two local organizations giving animals the care\, love\, and second chances they deserve. \nJoin us for a powerful outdoor evening centered around movement\, sound\, recovery\, connection\, and community. \nWe’ll begin with an all-levels community Vinyasa flow\, followed by time to connect\, cold plunge\, sauna\, eat\, drink\, and experience Etho Park. As the sun goes down\, the evening will transition into Yin Yoga and an immersive sound experience featuring 30+ local sound practitioners positioned throughout the community\, followed by a collective bowl and gong bath\, meditation\, and closing chant. \n100% of event proceeds benefit Nevada SPCA and Connor & Millie’s Dog Rescue. \nIt’s one community coming together for one night\, one cause\, and one unforgettable experience. \n5:30–6:30 PM | ARRIVE + CONNECT\nCheck in\, find your spot\, explore Etho Park\, and settle into the evening. \n6:30–7:30 PM | COMMUNITY VINYASA FLOW\nAn all-levels Vinyasa led by Las Vegas teachers Chance Rosa\, Wendy Conn\, and Amelia Bruff\, founder of Yoga 4 a Cause. \n7:30–8:30 PM | SOCIAL + RECOVERY HOUR\nCold plunges • Saunas • Food • Wellness beverages • Music • Community \n8:30–9:15 PM | YIN + IMMERSIVE SOUND\nYin Yoga with Kristina Blunt\, accompanied by Angela Albuquerque and 30+ local sound practitioners surrounding the community. \n9:15–9:35 PM | BOWL + GONG BATH\nSettle into Savasana and experience the collective vibration of sound practitioners playing throughout Etho Park. \n9:35–10:00 PM | MEDITATION + COMMUNITY CHANT\nA closing meditation and collective chant led by Cosmin of RYK. \nWHAT TO EXPECT \nVinyasa Yoga • Yin Yoga • Meditation • Immersive Sound Bath • Sauna • Cold Plunge • Functional Mocktails & Wellness Beverages • Food • Music • Meaningful Community \nWHAT TO BRING \nYoga mat • Comfortable movement clothes • Swimsuit + towel • Refillable water bottle • Warm layers for the evening • An open heart
