This fall, UnCommons, a $400 million, 40-acre mixed-use community by Matter Real Estate Group, will introduce an elevated barbershop and retail destination, The Kingsman. The Kingsman will treat clients to a high-quality haircut and offer a curated collection of coveted men’s shoes and sneakers.
Combining a sleek design with contemporary neon elements, the 1,600-square-foot men’s grooming salon and upscale boutique will offer haircut and shaving services by top-notch barbers, whose A-list clientele includes professional athletes, including Vegas Golden Knights and more.
“The Kingsman will build a following of discerning clientele through a destination that brings shopping and grooming into one experience,” said Phillip Dominguez, founder and CEO of The Kingsman. “We look forward to bringing men of style together in one location where they can hang out, shop, and get a shave among a community of gentlemen.”
In addition to its grooming services, The Kingsman’s retail offerings will showcase men’s sneakers and other shoes. The Kingsman also plans to feature a membership club, The Blacklist, which will offer monthly benefits for its members.
“We’re excited for the addition of The Kingsman at UnCommons as we continue to build upon our multitude of lifestyle services,” said Matter Real Estate Group Partner Jim Stuart. “The Kingsman will be a place that conveniently and uniquely combines grooming and apparel in an upscale, trendy atmosphere.”
The Kingsman will join UnCommons’ impressive lineup of lifestyle brands such as Speakeasy Candle Co., an innovative eco-conscious, plant-based luxury candle maker; SunLife Organics, the first Nevada location for the Malibu-based juice bar; The Coffee Class’ third location in Las Vegas; among others, plus more to be announced soon.
