AMARI, is bringing fresh flavors to the table with a special Easter brunch. Available exclusively from 11 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. on Sunday, April 20, the three-course menu blends seasonal ingredients with classic Italian inspiration, priced at $49 per person. A kids’ menu for children up to 10 years old is also available. Reservations are encouraged and can be made here.
The first course is designed for sharing, featuring selections that highlight AMARI’s lighter side. Options include a caesar salad topped with parmigiano and anchovy breadcrumbs; a yogurt parfait layered with seasonal berries, toasted steel oats and citrus; arancini milanese filled with pork sausage and smoked mozzarella, topped with calabrian aioli and an herb focaccia with pesto, ricotta and a bright, fruit-forward jam.
The second course offers a choice of main dishes so that guests can lean into breakfast favorites or opt for a heartier lunch-inspired dish. Steak and eggs come topped with salsa verde and crisped potatoes, while beef cheek hash features salsa rossa, campari tomatoes and feta alongside a crispy polenta cake and a vegetarian quiche rounds out the breakfast offerings. On the lunch side, choices include chicken parmesan; rigatoni with beef and pork bolognese, finished with nutmeg ricotta; sea bass paired with caramelized fennel, uni butter and orzo; and campanelle tossed in basil pesto with campari tomatoes and ricotta salata. The meal wraps up on a refreshing note with a citrus torta, a tangy-sweet finale for the table.
