After shaping your dough, our skilled chefs wil bake it to perfection. As you await your freshly baked schiacciata, enjoy an authentic Apericena -choose between a glass of white or red wine, accompanied by your schiacciata creation and a delicious tagliere (a curated board of Italian meats and cheeses) to share among friends. End the evening on a high note by taking home your freshly baked schiacciata loaf as a tasty momento of the experience.
