Traveling from Japan, Daisuke brings a deeply personal perspective shaped by a life lived between cultures. Through Bōken—meaning “journey”—he curates sake from small, multi-generational breweries across Japan, each selected for its craftsmanship, regional identity, and authenticity.

This seated tasting experience will feature four distinct sake expressions, each presented with thoughtful commentary on origin, production, and style. Rather than a traditional tasting, the evening unfolds as a guided exploration—offering insight into how sake is meant to be experienced: with intention, context, and connection.
