Oyster Bash featuring New Zealand Winemaker Simon Barker

Join us at Wineaux as we welcome Simon Barker of Barkers Marque Wines for an evening inspired by the wines and coastal flavors of Marlborough, New Zealand.

This will be a relaxed walk-around tasting experience featuring four wines from the estate, each paired with a specific oyster selection chosen to highlight the freshness, minerality, and coastal character of the wines.

Barkers Marque is known for expressive Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc and Riesling shaped by cool climate conditions and ocean influence, and we are excited to have Simon with us in person to share the wines and story behind the estate.
