Founded by Marimar Torres, Marimar Estate is a family-owned, female run  winery rooted in tradition, sustainability, and a deep respect for both Spanish varietals and California terroir. This guided tasting explores the seamless connection between Old World inspiration and New World expression.

Guests will enjoy four wines from the estate’s portfolio, including Albariño, Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, and Tempranillo—each thoughtfully paired with Spanish-inspired tapas designed to complement the character of each wine.
