Tom Rodriguez was the first executive manager for Diversity and Affirmative Action Programs with the Clark County School District. He retired from that job in December 2013, after a 23-year career with the school district. He is the co-founder of the Latino Youth Leadership Conference, which is now in its 28th consecutive year of existence.
