First SunLife Organics in Nevada Coming to Southwest Las Vegas at UnCommons this Summer

Las Vegas’ first SunLife Organics is set to open this summer at UnCommons, a $400 million, 40-acre mixed-use community by Matter Real Estate Group. The cult-favorite, health-centric eatery will bring a taste of Southern California with its organic superfood bowls, smoothies, and cold-pressed juices.

Hailing from Malibu, SunLife not only provides more than nourishment through its mindfully curated menu, but also brings a deeper perspective on health and positivity to the community. Founded by Khalil Rafati in 2011, SunLife is committed to serving Las Vegas with the highest quality organic ingredients that Mother Nature offers.

“Whether it is our loyal customers or our dedicated employees, SunLife Organics is about physical, mental and spiritual growth,” said Rafati. “This is something we have committed to since we started SunLife. Ever since I began my journey to better myself, we have embedded the same ideals into our company culture.”

SunLife Organics provides an alternative take to a modern-day juice bar. Designed by a feng shui master, each location incorporates crystals and geodes – some standing over seven feet tall – throughout the space that Rafati has collected throughout his travels. Because of this unique layout, seating is located entirely outside the juice bar, at handcrafted oversized picnic tables in a secluded courtyard.

SunLife Organics’ drinks are made with the highest quality organic ingredients. This is highlighted in menu items such as the “Wolverine” which is made with banana, raw almond butter, Medjool dates, maca, bee pollen, raw cacao nibs, raw coconut butter, royal jelly, and almond milk. The juice bar will also serve fruit and protein bowls, including the Bliss Bowl made with blended açaí, banana, blueberries, cashew butter, and hemp milk topped with superfood trail mix and bananas almond butter, coconut shreds, and honey; and the Dragon Bowl made with blended dragon fruit, raspberry, mango, and hemp milk topped with granola, strawberry, blueberry, and coconut shreds.

A former addict, Rafati has spoken out on how he suffered from depression and the side effects of an unhealthy diet despite becoming sober. He credits a diet of whole organic foods, juicing and natural remedies to help him overcome his addictions and change his life. Since his recovery, Rafati has traveled worldwide, searching for the best ingredients the world offers. His search has brought him to some of the most exotic places on earth including Japan, Indonesia, Central America, India and more. Rafati emphasizes helping those living in the surrounding community, with each location providing young adults a safe and sober atmosphere for everyone to live, grow and thrive in the world.

“We have long been familiar with SunLife Organics and their impact in every community they serve,” said Matter Real Estate Group Partner Jim Stuart. “Their culture and commitment to a healthy, balanced lifestyle are the perfect fit for UnCommons and we look forward to welcoming them this summer.”

SunLife Organics will join a stellar lineup of food and beverage destinations at UnCommons, including Las Vegas’ first neighborhood food hall; Cuban-inspired neighborhood bodega, Mercadito; beloved boba tea shop, Teaspoon; heirloom coffee roaster and pioneer, Urth Caffé; and MINA Group’s first off-Strip, fast-casual restaurant, plus many more to be announced soon.
